[Resolved] Flipkart — I am complaining about delivery of products | |||
I am frequent buyer from flipkart and taking services at goindwal punjab (Pincode - 143423). The delivery boy is not delivering the courier on mentioned address, he calls us and ask to come to bus stop for pickup. I am the frequent purchaser and most of the time i am not available in the city. Kindly look into the same issue. Verified Support Jul 09, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer contacted regarding delivery related. Informed him that we are taking this as feedback. But next time if he faces any issues, he can contact us as soon as the product is shipped and we will cordinate with courier service provider and ask them to deliver at door step. Customer agreed. Closing the complaint from our end.

Bad products, customer service is very bad, very small insize, less weight, returned update rejected before the technician come to customer house
