[Resolved] Flipkart — I am complaining about marq by flipkart tv 43 inch | |||
This is regarding Marq tv, which was delivered on May 22nd 2019, just after one week of the return policy got over the audio of the tv has disappeard. I called to Flipkart customer care and they said I need to talk to Marq customer care and then after I called Marq so many times a person named Deepak K B, Phone no:[protected] visited on last Tuesday, 11 June 2019. He didn't made any changes apart from reassemble the TV and told us if the problem appears call me I will replace the mother board. Then we called him just within an hour itself and told the problem has again appeared. So he said I will replace the motherboard as soon as I get it from Marq service centre. But it has be more than 4 days, I haven't received any update, no response in call, no ticket no., no mail or msg confirmation that the person will come or not or will the motherboard be replaced. The service of Flipkart and Marq is getting worse day by day. Was this information helpful? | |||
