Flipkart — I am complaining about my shipment

I m writing this complaint regarding my shipment i have ordered a product through flipkart 3 oct 2019 it was said that the consignment will be delivered by 6 th october. The consignment reached nearest hub and it was returned without prior intimation, i got a message from seller partner that to receive product before 10 october 2019 from their hub. I went there to receive my shipment at that time they are saying consignment returned we can't do anything.
I lost my time because their irresponsible action.
Please do a favorable action on this
