I am complaining as my payment is deducted but my order is not placed. I have placed an order on flipkart on 2/4/19. An amount of rs.498 is deducted from my account through phonepeupi but no order is placed. Flipkart is declining my claim. Verified Support Apr 04, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response We had conversation with customer on [protected] and informed him that payment of Rs.498.00/- was successfully received at Phonepe with transaction id : P1904021137034484176265, but the same has been failed at seller end with transaction id TX[protected].Request customer to check with Phonepe for refund of Rs.498.00/- and the same has not been received to seller. We are closing the complain from our end. | |||||

The case is not complete as from phonepe's end the payment is successful, I already checked with their customer care. There is an error from the Flipkart's payment gateway. I request Flipkart to acknowledge their error and Provide a solution as soon as possible.
