[Resolved] Flipkart — i am complaint about place my order refrigerator with exchange product

I am not received any update about my order which was delivered to me on
Da have given it open box delivery on delivery time then we can see duent
On the door.
So da told it is damaged then we can replace the product and it is not
Deceived done by us.
After da was gone with product. I. E not delivered
Now i am not received any type o[censored]pdate on it.

When i called to cc than i am received deffrent ans like we will gate back
You within 24 hours, you are mark cancel order, or we are try to solved
Your issue, or you are place another same order, my call drop after put on
Hold etc etc.
I want delivery same product without any another place order asap... It is
Show as delivery are pending stage.
I am not satisfied with your resolution. If you are mark cancel my oder (I am not go with 1000rs) if you want i am place new order then please provide same offer to me.
If product was damage and da have not delivered order without my permission then who was responsible da who was not done delivery, flipkart because offer are close or change and seller who was send damage product so why i am face this issue or loss.
You told i am place order new and cancel this order but offer are change and you also not know were will come this offer again then how i am place new order.
I want this product as per place my order.
