[Resolved] Flipkart — I am forced to cancel my order because of damaged shipment. | |
Since they have damaged my shipment and are forcing me to cancel and reorder my product. since i bought it in discount at a price of 59990 but it is now priced 99990 . so, this is simply impossible for me to pay 40000 extra money for the same profuct. so please look into this matter . i have also talked to customer care of flipkart all the time they are saying the same thing that i have to cancel my order.but i don't want to do that and i have also paid full amount. my shipment no. is FMPP[protected]. please help me . Jan 25, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Dec 16, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
Verified Support Dec 24, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint for order cancellation, we interacted with the customer and apologies for the inconvenience caused and informed because the shipment was damaged in transit that's why the order was cancelled. We informed customer to place a fresh order and we'll provide the difference amount of Rs 4000/-. Closing the complaint from our end.
