[Resolved] Flipkart — I bought an earphone from flipkart, now I want to return this. The flipkart is asking for my adhar card or pan card for returning. | |
On 16th November, I ordered a PTron Bluetooth earphone which was delivered on 22nd November. Since the sound quality was not good, which was against the description of the product, I decided to return it. It was delivered on 22nd November, I put a return request on the same day only. Unfortunately, I got a mail from Flipkart to share my adhar card or pan card details for verification. I had interacted with them but they said adhar card information is mandatory. Moreover, they will disclose the information to the seller as well. I am not able to understand the reason behind asking for my personal information. I want my refund and I am not going to share any information. I strongly belive Flipkart is going against the privacy of an individual.
