[Resolved] Flipkart — I cant get any amount back in my account. | |||||
I ordered OPPO A52 from flipkart. I cancelled my order due to some reason and they process my refund request, but i still not get the refund in my bank account. They give reference number to me in which they said they already processed the refund in my bank account but i cant get any amount back in my account. I have all the necessary details that i provide. I also contact flipkart customer care they said contact your bank . When i contact with bank, the bank said they cant help regarding this. please help me. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Aug 20, 2021 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We are sorry for the trouble caused with order ID: OD[protected]. We'd like to let you know that the seller has processed the refund of Rs. 10790 on Dec 17, 2020. It should have reflected in your credit card by Dec 25, 2021. Request you to note down the ARN: onus20201218. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card. Hope this helps.

I have already provided the reference number given by you to bank and also checked the statement numerous times and shared the same with flipkart multiple times...it's been 8 months I am being harrased for my money by flipkart
