[Resolved]  Flipkart — I didn't get refund even after 1 month

Dear sir
I have ordered a smartphone on may 3rd in flipkart.com and i have paid that through my wife's credit card. I ordered this for my wife and she is now residing in mumbai. The next day the flipkart team send me a mail that they have cancelled my order because the seller have limited quantity. They will initiate my refund with in 3 days. After 3 day i have contacted them by chat facility in their application and they said me that they will solve my problem with 11th may. At 11th may i have contacted them again i have asked them about my problem and they said they will solve the issue in 13 th may.i have send complaint emails to them they said seller already initiated refund on 16 th may 2019 and i will get the money with in 5 days But today 22th may the date they promised me that they wiil refund with in this date. but until now i did not get my refund. they disabled my flipkart account and i will not be able to login that account. I tried to login but failed. Sir how can they know that the items i have ordered not for my use and i never make an agreement with them like that and until now i did not get my refund
I here request you to consider my application and advice me the solution before also i complained here about the same issue but my problem not solved so decided to go through the court and i want to file complaint against them in consumer court. could you please advice me what steps i have to follow
