I got a tampered product 3 weeks ago.
I received a tampered mobile phone. Which apparently has a hanging/ software issue now. I complaint for the same on the next day. Since then 10 customers calls (Taking 30-45 mins) and many mails later i been forced to exchange the order. During a call they mentioned that they can only replace the product 1 time. What if the replace phone comes tampered again? They will not even hear what i am saying because only 1 replacement is mentioned in the policy. Is it my fault that i am refurbished/used/tampered phone? Why am still forced to use the damaged phone. I am very sure they are not going to listen to me after the phone is replaced.
The customers service has done nothing but repeated the same lines all the time, disturbed my parents while they have no clue, take discussions on their own and still the issue is unsolved. Worst communication anyone can have.
I have repeated my problem countless time at this point to them. I don't even know why this guys have technology when they just lesson to the same problem for 30 mins.
I recorded a video while the phone got hang. Mind you this a new phone i bought.
I am very tired with the service at this point. I can't repeat the same things again, i can't see their copy paste solutions to different email.
I am very tired.
I just want my money back. And stop this here. Please someone help.
