Flipkart — I got completely wrong product from what I had ordered

I had ordered two pair of black heels (From toshina shoes king women black heels) worth rs.798 but got a pair o[censored]seless slippers instead which hardly costs rs.150.

And recieved on 25th feb 2020
I am highly disappointed due to this careless behaviour of your authorities.
I hope u will pay attention to my complaint.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi,
We are glad to inform you about your return request for the product has been approved by the seller. We are happy to let you know that the courier service provider has confirmed the pickup from your address by 26 Feb 20 and refund will be reflected within 2 Business Days. Hence, we are closing this complaint from our end.

Updated by Priyanka siwach Wait sir.The one which had picked my courier, informed me that i will get refund of only one pair of heels(as courier man had collected only one pair of sllipers).
Sir i had paid Rs.798 for that useless slippers and i want complete refund of Rs.798, that's it.
