[Resolved] Flipkart — i have not received delivery of bag however payment has been received from flipkart | |||
I had order two luggage bags on cod. When i received the package i found that bill on it was for 2 bags and i had made payment. When i opened the package, there was only one bag in it. It has been a month, inspite of several follow ups my issue was not resolved. One of the representative had attended my query and instead of resolving the issue, she has made it complicated by requesting for return of product. Its really disappointing. Verified Support May 17, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that only one bag was delivered instead of two. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the seller shall provide the amount of Rs.519/- as an E-gift voucher to customer Flipkart account towards the refund of the bag which was delivered. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
