[Resolved] Flipkart — I m complaining about my refund which had not came to my account yet
I have placed an order in flipkart on 25th
April 2019 and cancelled that order by next day. After 13 days there is no refund of rs.593/- processed. I have contact to flipkarrt customer executive also for that but they told me that they have been refunded the refund amount into my bank account on 30th april itself and i have placed order through card payment after customer care reference i have yearned the *reference number* refrence number - qur[qur[protected]]

[May 08, 2019] Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Verified SupportFlipkart Customer Care's response May 10, 2019 Customer raised a complaint stating that the refund is not received. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the seller has confirmed that refund has been completed on April 30, 2019. However, if the amount is not reflecting in customer account, requested customer to contact the bank and raise a charge back for the same. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
