Today I received a samsung charger whose seal is broken as if the seller has used it before selling it to flipkart customer. I contacted the flipkart customer service and they said we can do nothing you yourself contact the seller. That is really not expected of an Amazon rival. I said can't you contact the seller because he is not going to concede to me but they said we can't do anything.
