Flipkart — I received dead and damaged product | |||
I ordered poco f1 by xiaomi on 10 july 2018 with order ID[protected] On arrival mobile was dead and damaged(screen scratches) . 2 scratches was on screen . I request your team for replacement of product on above given reason and technician confirmed that product was dead and damaged . your team is not responding properly. Your helping flipkart team is not mentioning dead product and damaged product on replacement, they mentioning only dead product. I file compaint 2nd time but your assistance is not giving any good reapons. Was this information helpful? | |||
