Flipkart — I received dead and damaged product

I ordered poco f1 by xiaomi on 10 july 2018 with order ID[protected]
On arrival mobile was dead and damaged(screen scratches) . 2 scratches was on screen . I request your team for replacement of product on above given reason and technician confirmed that product was dead and damaged . your team is not responding properly.
Your helping flipkart team is not mentioning dead product and damaged product on replacement, they mentioning only dead product. I file compaint 2nd time but your assistance is not giving any good reapons.

Your team is not responding properly .your team is taking 72 hr to clarify replacement request . How bad and slow this is . Cs says for wait and wait .I received only one call from your cs and that was also not satisfactory. If You are unable to replace my product then give me my 17999rs refund . ### cs. I want solution of my problem or my money. ### your slow n worst cs😒😒😒😒

I don't receive any call or Mail about resolution of my issue. Its almost 20 days wasted with your bad service of flipkart. I got mail today that i have to wait more 2 days. I am bored af and frustrated cause of your slow and bad customer service
