[Resolved] Flipkart — I received empty box with charger only | |
I placed an order through www.flipkart.com. On 5-6-2020 my order ID -- OD[protected]. after received my order when I opened I saw there is no product inside the box but charger, back cover and some paper works are there I really shocked at the same time I raised return request but flipkart didn't accept my request. I tried contact with customer care and finally they raised a request on 14 June after 16 days they reject my return request because seller did not accept my request. Again and again more than 6 times raised return request but still they do not take any action almost one and half month gone I spend my Rs 25k for charger and some waste paper work. I am totally disappointed with flipkart customer service
