[Resolved] Flipkart — ifb 25 l convection installation not done | |||
I have received the product on time (14.08.2019) for the order id od[protected], next day (15.08.2019) i have received an sms from flipkart that their installation person will come on 16.08.2019 and received the same notification sms on 16th morning. As my wife is 6-month pregnant and she stays alone at home, so i decided to take leave from office for the availability. I don't want to allow an unknown person at my home and my wife will also not able to arrange the other stuff for installation, like arranging the table, electric line, etc. After waiting till 11 am, i have called to flipkart for asking an update when their techincal person will come and the answer was that within 2 hours, but the executive didn't come. I have called every one hour for the update to both flipkart and ifb helpline and both of them told me that executive on the way and coming soon. (Called total 8 times) At 9 pm, after launching a complain i have received a call that flipkart will fix this within 21st of august. Now i don't know how many days i need to take leave, as the flipkart lady still unable to share me the tentative date and time. For an 11000 product, i need to pay 3000 (My per day salary) + 2 complete day?? I asked to refund my money and take the product, but they still not agreed to that. I also can understand that anybody can delay service for a day, maybe there a human error. But why they continuously said that our executive is coming and he is on the way??? I have wasted my complete day for this. If flipkart doesn't understand the value of customer time then i don't want to deal with such this company.
