[Resolved] Flipkart — iffalcon tv not replaced (rude customer service) | |||
I ordered a smart tv (Iffalcon by tcl) from flipkart which got delivered on 10th oct and installed on the same day by jeeves. However, due to picture quality, lagging of os and black spot on display, i processed for a return which didn't till date happen till date and when i contacted customer service thrice, no resolution. I false promises. I should have received the item till date but customer service is not taking a pain to resolve my issue. I have recorded call even with a supervisor who hung up on my face even i was polite on call. I didn't offend or used any inappropriate language. Just wanted a resolution by 22 oct which is confirmed by flipkart customer service members (Commitment). There is no benefit to take flipkart plus membership if they do not resolve plus members concerns/complaint on priority. I will not renew any services on flipkart and i will not buy anything.
