[Resolved] Flipkart — Imei number not matching | |||||
IMEI number not matching in Invoice I received from Flipkart. I brought Xiaomi Redmi 3s Prime 3 month back from Flipkart, I am facing headphone issue in that mobile. So I went to Xiaomi service center along with the print of the invoice that I received from Flipkart, there I found that IMEI number in mobile is different from the IMEI number mentioned in the invoice. I called Flipkart care to resolve issue. I never thought this kind of mistake could happen, so please check your invoice properly as soon as you received from any online retailers. Any thing could be happen, what if the wrong IMEI mentioned in my invoice, that mobile is misused by some one. Details follows. From last 2 months i am trying to contact with consumer care but they don't have enough information about this topic...
Please solve this problem immediately and informed me..
