[Resolved] Flipkart — Improper Customer Service - Smartphone Return Declined | |||||
My brother bought a smartphone from Flipkart order id OD[protected] on March 24, 2017. Up on receiving we found that the front speaker was having issues and it was kind of bursting and jarring in the sound. So we requested for the return. Initially we got a call and they did a test over the phone and said will call again but the return requested was rejected and a message was received. Upon requesting again the requested was rejected directly. Really frustrated with this kind of service. Flipkart please do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||||
