[Resolved]  Flipkart — Incident: IN[protected]

I've requested the Flipkart executive to initiate the refund for the 2 tickets I got cancelled from the airlines. Instead, that executive cancelled all the 4 tickets in my booking. I've been doing hundreds of calls to the customer care but none of them has responded nor addressed the concern. They just disconnect the call after making me wait for hours. All they expect is that there's nothing I can do other than calling them for months together. Even if I call them again, they'll ask me to wait for 24-48 hours but they do nothing, nor even an email update on my problem. May be this is the tactic they follow to maku customers give up on their money rather than wasting months of time.
