[Resolved] Flipkart — incomplete order, damages piece & mental harassment. | |||
I ordered for a amway shampoo through flipkart my order was for Amway satinique 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner - a pack of 2 Amway satinique hair fall control shampoo - a pack of 2 What i received from flipkart was just 1 bottle each ie 2 bolltles instead of 4. I paid first and when i open the package i was surprised. Then i called the customer care and logged a complaint #[protected]. The lady who logged my complaint was ms hemani devan who just did not understand the probelem and made me repat the same issue 10 times. I was on a call with her for 48 mins. She said she would get back but.. But did not call back. I once again called flipkart and this time it was ms priyanka who heard my complaint again after expaining for 30 mins, said i will receive the product by 07th sep I received my product on the 06th, but later the flipkart agent come back saying i have to once again return 2 bottles as you have recieved these by error. Then i again call up flipkart and ms pooja answered my call again a conversation for 30 mins which was absolutley waste. She just did not understand the issue. This company is full o[censored]nprofessional people who just do not have the basic sense o[censored]nderstanding customer issues and addressing them effectively. Finally after a tough fight i get my product for what i have paid and they are mentally harassing me to return it again. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Sep 14, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response The replacement has already been delivered to customer as per the confirmation from customer. Hence, closing the case from our end.
