Ordered a track suit worth Rs 3284 of PUMA with order ID: OD[protected]
Track suit consists of a jacket and pant but only track pants got delivered to me and track jacket was missing. The product delivered to me was incomplete and the product had a refund policy of 10 days. When I tried to refund the amount, there was no refund option on the app. There was only replacement option present in the app. Although the product had a refund policy. I complained to the social media team but there also, no action is being taken. I have waited a lot but no proper resolution was provided. I request you to contact me on the number 7870****01 . If you need more information about the order. After that I tried getting the refund selecting that the item was missing and my return request was rejected and then my account was blocked. This is very bad. I'm having an issue with the product and instead of solving my issue, you guys are blocking my account. Moreover, I also have to pay the Flipkart pay later bill next month
