Hello Team,
I placed an order for "SHIRAZIKIDSWEAR Boys & Girls Casual T-Shirt Jeans" on 10th Sep 2022 which was delivered on 18th Sep 2022. But I found a defect in the jeans and requested for an exchange. However, your call representative denied for exchange and requested to go with order cancellation to process the refund for this order and place new order for the same product. I did the same but I haven't received my refund yet. The total amount for this order was Rs 291 but the refund which has been processed to me is only Rs 279. I have not received the refund of Rs 12 yet. I have contacted your call representative and they failed to provide even the reference number for the transaction of Rs 12 . I already requested to connect me with your senior but they failed to do that as well and simply denied to connect me with their senior team member.
Please have a look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible otherwise I have to stop my future orders and transactions with you.
