[Resolved] Flipkart — Installation | |||
I have ordered the led television on 31st oct 2016 but received the product on 06th nov 2016, based on the mail received from the flipkart team installation had been assigned on 09th nov 2016. I have been took leave on my regular activity sat in my house for the installation executive arrival. Mean while called the flipkart customer center for the issue and they have assumed that the representative will come before 6:00 pm on the same day. But he did not reached the house and also not got a call from the executive also. Furthermore contacted the flipkart stating that the executive had not came as per your commitment. Flipkart customer care confirm that the installation representative will reach on next day due to some issue but got call from the executive that he wont come due to more appointment.
