[Resolved] Flipkart — instant discount on all prepaid order was showing but did not applied in my order | |||
I have raised the issue since day 1 of the order placed. I was being assured by customer care, backend team by calling me be aassured you will get the instant discount as this discunt was available on your order. Cases were created but every time they are taking 24 hours to revert back... This goes on and now its more than 13 days without even any solution on raised cases. Now flipkart started to close the case without any proper justification. They are misguiding, bluffing me on my raised issue. Was this information helpful? | |||

You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number (Bank Txn Id[protected] in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
