[Resolved]  Flipkart — Instead of Mobile Phone delivered a stone packed inside the packet

Hi All-I have received a stone well packed inside a motto E packet and after 10 days there is no result or an apology from the company...height of haressing Consumers, I am calling them again and again they keep giving me SR numbers not the Product. Original Order number is OD[protected] My Return ID ORDER ID is Replacement (Return ID: 7069504) and the recent SR number is[protected]. I am attaching the pics with all supporting ...kindly help.
