I had requested to return my redmi 7a mobile phone of 6199/- rs within return period as specified in my flipkart account and they have
Confirmed me to provide all satisfactory result to return this till 12th oct but after asking and calling many times to customer support they
Have totally rejected my return request and not given any customer satisfaction result, i am an old customer of flipkart
And as i trusted in flipkart policies but all were fake that's not good.
Friends who are with me. So give me any response if you can do anthing related to return..
All the return policies of flipkart are fake and also they provide fake products as they have send me redmi 7a mobile phone of rs. 6199/-
Kindly help me to refund my 6199/- rs from flipkart which is a very big company and not listening properly to the customers..

Updated by vikassoni58 hello sir, actually when technician had come and examine and taken pictures only of this Redmi 7A mobile phone he told me yea its having that problem but company/Flipkart never return any product in one time request, do the same request again then it will be return he didn't tell me that what he was doing - he was cancelling my return request or proceeding for next level. when i saw in my Flipkart account then i confirmed he has cancelled that was not good.. so that means Flipkart service is not good for any products for their customer satisfaction..
It is really very disappointing..
