Flipkart — iphone 6s [refurbished phone]

Hi all, on 8th of august 2019, i have ordered a i phone 6s from 2gud via flip cart. Phone has many issue and 2gud are not able to refund the phone, i have contact to flipcart, then they are saying we are not responsible for 2gud product and their policy.

I have purchased phone due to faith of flipcart service and flipcart application now i am felling like they have cheated me and flipcart also helping me.

Updated by dharma.delhi How it is irrelevant??? I am navigating to 2GUD product from you mobile application and your executive is telling that we dont have any access on 2GUD. so my question is why you have associated with them. People have trust on flipcart hand hence we do order refurbished.

due to internal existing problem in phone i have placed 2 time replacement and 2 time for refund both of time they have rejected. now tell me what to do.

they said we follow flipcart return polices.. then again i asking you why you have given this authority to them.????

then accepts that you both cheating customer together with internal policy.

And once more you avoiding to say just 'irrelevant complaint'
