Flipkart — issue of account blacklisted and refund

Dear sir/madam

My name is ashish sharma. I have been facing some issues from the last 24 days. Which is my account blacklisted and payment not refunded.

Flipkart id - ashish. [protected]@gmail.com

I ordered realme x 128gb mobile worth of rs-19999/- on 31/07/2019 through flipkart gift card voucher. On 3/08/2019 my order has been cancelled. Then i received mail from flipkart

"we'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account"

I replied to flipkart that i purchased all the products for my personal use. I explained them so many times. I already told them if you want any proof then i will send you pictures of all the product but my account is still blacklisted.

Now the 2nd part of the issue is my amount refund. Flipkart promised me to refund my money by 15/08/2019. So i mailed and called them so many times regarding refund. They said your refund is already initiated by egv on 15/08/2019.

Now the problem is when i'm using those gift card into another flipkart id its showing error like "this card is belong to a wallet. Direct transaction are not allowed". Its mean my vouchers is still linked to my blacklisted account (Ashish. [protected]@gmail.com).

Now how can i use my vouchers. You blacklisted my account and i'm unable to use my gift card voucher. Now what should i do?

I complained 7-8 times flipkart customer care over call, i have already mailed grievance office 2 times, i have mailed 50 times to [protected]@flipkart.com and also tweet 20 times at #flipkartsupport on twitter. But my issue is still remain and also i didn't get any satisfactory answer from flipkart. I have all the proof that how many times i contacted you.

Kindly remove my account from the blacklist. So i can use that amount.

Please understand the nature of the problem. I'm facing soo much problem regarding this.

Kindly help me out to get my money back. It has been too long since i didn't get any satisfactory reply from your side and i am facing problem regarding same.

We are sorry to let you know that your order for Knotyy Edge To Edge Tempered Glass for Realme X has been canceled due to unforeseen reasons. We request you to place a fresh order. However, the seller has completed the refund on 03 Aug 19 and it should have reflected by now. Hence, closing the complaint from our end. Your kind understanding is appreciated.

You have solved half of my problem by refunding but half of my problem is still remaining. As I told you, I made this order through Flipkart Gift Card Voucher's. First I added gift card vouchers to my wallet and then placed the order.

Now when I use those vouchers, I get an error
"This card is belongs to a wallet direct transaction are not allowed on this card"

This means that my gift card vouchers are still linked to my ashish.[protected]@gmail.com account. Until I transfer those vouchers to another account, how will I be able to use them ?

You have blacklisted my account Ashish.[protected]@gmail.com I am not able to login to that account. So tell me, how will I login to the account and how will I be able to use the vouchers that are linked with my account wallet ?

I am sending you a screenshot of account login and a screenshot of the error of gift card vouchers. You are requested to please see this and help me.

I hope that you will solve my problem this time, please understand my strength, I have become very depressed.

Please i request you give me a satisfaction answer and help me. My Rs 20000/- is linked to my blocked account. How do I use them ? Please kindly unblocked my account so i can use my money
