[Resolved]  Flipkart — issue regarding online payment

I ordered a product on flipkart on 19 april 2018. My order id - od[protected]. And further for payment i used my paytm debit card. The amount of rs.1235 was deducted on 19th april 2018 against the same order. Ref no[protected] and transaction id - s42921686, and it shows as a successful transaction. But on flipkart it shows a failed transaction, for that i contacted flipkart numerous time but they are not giving any response regaring my debited amount. Plz help me.

Flipkart Customer Care's response
Customer raised a complaint stating that the payment was failed while placing the order. We have interacted with the customer and informed customer to contact the bank for further assistance as the seller has not received the payment. Closing the complaint from our end.
