[Resolved] Flipkart — issue with flipkart order - exchange offer | |||||
Hi, This is regarding order on flipkart (Order# od[protected] dated 11 oct 2018) I have paid full amount to purchase a new tv with an exchange offer of our old tv.in the instructions it was clearly mentioned that you will consider if old tv is working/non-working condition. Our old sony tv is in perfect condition and could able to see the picture, sound etc., with cable connection but, flipkart staff refused to take old tv and not delivered new tv... How insane it is after paying full amount? Could you please let us know how to proceed with this case and how can i take legal action against flipkart under it act, 2000 Thanks, Was this information helpful? | |||||
