[Resolved] Flipkart — issue with the refund for flipkart smartbuy xxl classic bean bag with stylish footstool bean bag with bean filling (blue) | |||
I had ordered one ORKA XXL Classic with Stylish Footstool Bean Bag With Bean Filling (Brown) on 7-Mar-2019 at 11:39PM with ORDER ID: OD[protected]. After that the Bean Bag was not delivered to me till 14-Mar-2019. Flipkart Customer Care executive called and told me that the seller is not able to deliver the product to your location and the delivery time is also too long so we will cancel your order and she cancelled. And a Cancellation Confirmation message came from Flipkart and in my Flipkart application on my iPhone, the status was showing RETURN ID:[protected] & updated as Refund Accepted. After that I asked her Can I place an other order now..? She replied Yes sir you can place your other order now itself.. So I ordered Flipkart SmartBuy XXL Classic Bean Bag with Stylish Footstool Bean Bag With Bean Filling (Blue) on 14-Mar-2019 at 9:13PM. But the thing is both the Bean Bags (ORKA XXL Classic with Stylish Footstool Bean Bag With Bean Filling (Brown) and Flipkart SmartBuy XXL Classic Bean Bag with Stylish Footstool Bean Bag With Bean Filling (Blue)) came on 16-Mar-2019. Now I cannot keep 2 Bean Bags in my home. I want the Refund for Flipkart SmartBuy XXL Classic Bean Bag with Stylish Footstool Bean Bag With Bean Filling (Blue) since the thread is damaged in the product. And in my Flipkart application on my iPhone, the ORKA XXL Brown Bean Bag status was showing Refund Cancelled.. It’s already been more than 10 days & I am complaining that Flipkart is misusing my money by giving a damaged product and this is the worst ever experience in my life from Flipkart.
