[Resolved] Flipkart — issue with the seller's product (sim card is not getting detected in new phone) | |||
I have placed an order for motorola phone on 21st may 2019 with the assured delivery within 24 hours which happend without any issues. However when checked the phone i am not sure if the device is new on or used on as i have noticed the motorola phone box is not a new one and when tried to insert the sim card the phone is not detecting the sim card i, but the sim card is working fine in other phones. When raised a request they said expected delivery is on 28th of may which is very irritating as they are taking around a week to replace a device which is damaged. Was this information helpful? | |||
