[Resolved]  Flipkart — issues pertaining to return

Issue is i had ordered one school bag for my kid via flipkart and it was cash on delivery when i clicked on cash on delivery it went blank and i could not see the product in my cart so i did again and it was done then. When courier guy reached at my door step i found he was carry two bags in one packet and i asked him i need only one he said you can take either both or none and then advised to take two then go for return policy via internet and said i will come again to get it picked but i cant give you one or cancel one. I did the same paid for two and then went for return policy in flipkart i found some issues in filling the details so i calledup customer care where they said they cant return the bag as it is mentioned it can be replaced but cant return. I am saying if i had to go for two bags it could have clicked in qty rather than to go again to purchase it twice. It was an technical issue then why should i bear the expense. may be it could have happened intentionally or unintentionally from your side to bridge the sales gap. So i want that product to return how you do it i dont know but i dont want to keep these two bags.

customer has raised the issue with regards to the product as he has ordered for pack of 2 wanted to return 1 quantity as we have interacted with the customer and we have raised the issue to the concerned team and seller has provided refund to customer and the same has been confirmed by the customer hence closing the complaint from our end.
