Hi,
I have booked a Bosch hand drill machine 3 weeks back and it reached the destination within 1 week. But the item is not delivered to my door step even after 2 weeks. When I checked with the courier people, they told that they can't deliver to my door step.
When I contected Flipkart they told me it will be resolved soon. I used to call frequently to Flipkart in last 2 weeks and still the item is not delivered. Everytime they cheated me saying that they will call back in 24 hours.
So I dont want any more excuses and I want my money back along with interest. Also I want compensation for the mental agony created by those peeple.

8th of december but i have not received my item till now i, e 17th of december. On 15th of december i received a email ensuring the courier partner will delivered the item by 19th of december. but this morning i.e 17th december i received a call from flipkart saying the item has lost on the way in transit and they cannot reshipped the item as my pin code is not serviceable. On this regard i strongly object the way they response, since the past 4-5 years iam using this address and normally i received item in time from flipkart. even they cannot use my pincode i will provide another alternate pincode. But i will never accept any refund or cancellation..
