[Resolved]  Flipkart — Item not packed and shipped

I've ordered a product on 24/07/21, paid online. the product is still not packed as of 02/08/21. The promised delivery date was 29/07/21 by Flipkart. and now it has been changed to 4th Aug 21.
The seller's name is - Truenet Commerce.

I've already paid for the product and received multiple call backs from customer care. All they said is cancel and re order. This is such a worst deliver y experience i ever had.

I want my product to be packed and shipped as soon as possible.

Got a call from flipkart. They told me to cancel and re order which i did.
