Flipkart — item return. pricing issue

Order delivered on 12sep19. Request for an item return raised on 13sep19. Resolution target date was 16sep19. Four follow-ups done, requested to wait 24-48 hours everyone i call, as back end team is working on a solution. More then a week to just return pickup a product and refund? This is 2nd experience with flipkart. Perhaps a bonus of being flipkart plus customer. This service would certainly take flipkart to heights and places, only downside.
