[Resolved] Flipkart — jeeves complete mobile protection

My mobile is under protection for two years... There was a minor problem in the speaker and i raised a compliment on 8th May my mobile was picked by company and 10days was tat time they were not able to return my mobile in time.. They gave me choice of 80%cashback. I agreed how ever they have not given me my money nor mobile. Not even responding properly over email. I want my money as soon as possible so that i can purchase a new mobile.. Such carelessness should not be done by such leading service provider.have sent several email no response.
