Policy no jppoffk605154 mobile protection plan. I have purchased my samsung a7 2018 model from flipkart with jeeves complete mobile protection plan. My mobile display broken and same complaint raised with jeeves helpdesk. No one is responding and they just disconnecting the call. I have never seen such a poor service.. From past 15 days my mobile screen is broken and i'm not getting any help from them.

this is ranjith with policy no JPPOFFK683103 and registred mobile no is [protected] Had requested for accidental damage and camera issue on 27-oct-18 and paid the procesing but cancelled the claim by myself

but now i want to register the claim so please do the same they are not responding for the same from may 2019
