[Resolved] Flipkart — kids dress bella moda | |||||
I had purchased a kids dress bella moda from flipkart. The delivery guy who came from Ekart had first swiped my card and said that his machine is not working so please pay money. so i had to pay Rs. 575/-. the moment he left i saw the message from bank that it has been debited from my bank a/c. So i had paid twice to him one with the card, for which he didn't give me any receipt of transaction been cancelled. Now these Flipkart agents are very sharp they don't agree with it, that the payment has been gone twice. Neither they are giving me anything as proof. I told them that i can share my bank statement on which the flipkart agent says that it won't work please raise a dispute form with your bank. Now the question is first the flipkart should give me in written that they didnt receive any payment, whereas they are just letting me know verbally. what i should do?
