Flipkart — kitchen chimney not delivered

The above ordwe no. Is suppsed to be delivered by 14 march 2019, but till date it's not been delivered neither any update has been sent. It's been just waiste of time.
Can i have update so that corrective action can be taken olathe order id is od[protected].
Despite payment made through online and date of delivery was 14 march but till today at 2100 hrs on 15 march no information is being given by the company.
