[Resolved] Flipkart — kodak led smart 40" tv | |||
I had purchased smart led 4"tv from flipkart on 27 oct 2017. Picture quality wasn't good so i had submitted replacement request on 07th nov, within the 10 days replacement time frame. It took 02 months time to replace my tv that too after so many followups on calls and mails. Finally new tv delivered on 27th dec and that was..."broken screen totally damaged". No as per them tv not available with the seller in this area and again i have to be after them to get my tv. Last 08 days we have nothing to watch and that too when you have winters and schools are closed, children love to watch their favorite programs. Seeking your intervention to get me the solution.
