[Resolved] Flipkart — laptop in not working condition

The laptop with order no OD[protected] i have purchased, from the day i have purchased, its not in working condition till now, tried reaching customer care, but none response.
Worst experience of online shopping, Want to replace it with new one,
Can you please look into it asap.and send the details at [protected]@gmail.com

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the product delivered. We have interacted with the customer and informed that as the product was delivered to customer on December 12, 2018, as per the sellers 10/30 days replacement policy we shall not be able to accommodate customer request for return of the order. Requested customer to contact brand authorized service for further assistance. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
