Flipkart — Laptop not delivered, prepaid order
I ordered a new laptop with exchange of the old laptop from Flipkart on 08-April-2021. The delivery guy came and rejected my old laptop with the reason that it has damage on its body when there is none. Delivery guy insinuated multiple times for the bribe but when i refused. I provided all the images from all angles to flipkart over thier app and twitter and they called me and accepted that the laptop does not have physical damage and they will get the new laptop delivered asap with the exchange of the laptop. They promised the delivery on 11-APR-2021. Even after having hours of discussions over call their logistics partner didn't deliver the product.
I don't see any sincere efforts from flipkart in delivering the product, even after i told them multiple times that i stand to lose the payday /work day if i don't have the laptop setup before the start of the day on Monday.
Please help me get the product and take the appropriate action for deficiency in service and the harassment that i have been facing from past two days and i don't know how long it will continue. They mark the grievances as resolved after a while without actually resolving the complaints.
