[Resolved]  Flipkart — laptop shipment damaged

Hello,

I just ordered an acer predators helios 300 laptop for ₹59990. I paid in full for this at the time of ordering and the order was confirmed. It was supposed to be delivered the next day.

The next day i track my order and it says "undelivered due to shipment damaged" at my nearest hub.

I have attached the photo of the laptop and the tracking details.

The seller is retailnet, and the shipment is facilitated through ekart logistics.

After contacting flipkart's support team, they suggested to cancel and reorder the item.

Now let me put three things clear.
1) why can't flipkart send a replacement from their end because the shipment is damaged?
2) why should i wait for 6-10 days to be refunded the amount

After this the order got canceled and I again placed an order for the same item. Again same incident happened.

I want answers.

At the second time, again customer service told me to cancel the product and reorder it. I directly went to the nearest courier hub where my product is, and asked about it. They showed me the damaged flipkart outer cover, but the laptop cover and the product was completely okay. But at the time I asked about this to the customer care, they told me that, the product is also damaged. So there is no mutual understanding between these two. Outer cover is very large compared to inner cover leaving empty spaces inside and hence the cover got damaged. Please take care of packaging. Anyway I'm satisfied now.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Please contact the courier people, directly go to the nearest courier hub where your product is, as per the tracking details. They can help you
