[Resolved]  Flipkart — late delivery of phone

Hi flipkart team,

I have an issue regarding the delay in delivery of my phone.
I have order the vivo z1 pro (6gb) phone on 30th sep, the delivery date is still showing on 22nd oct which is almost a month. Since as i know the maximum date will be a 8 to 9 days.

Please note : as per the tracker mon, 7th oct

i have ordered the phone on 30th sep and the delivery date was 22nd oct. on tracker it was showing shipped and reched till siliguri yesterday evening i received the message saying your order has been cancelled. i spoke with the CUSTOMER CARE and he is telling we coudnt deliver on that address. such a ### reason. i am very upset with the flipkart very low service . onwards while online shopping i will surely not go with the flipkart. they kept me waited for a month.
