Flipkart — Lenovo A536 mobile ordered

I have ordered Lenovo A536 (order No OD[protected] mobile on Oct 19, 2014.. it had a delivery due time of Oct 28, 2014.. As per the tracking number item has reached local courier office on Oct 23, 2014. But till today Nov 08, item is not delivered When contacted Flipkart or courier company getting redundant response... Horrible customer experience and no one is taking the responsibility...
TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEM...
