[Resolved] Flipkart — lenovo ideapad 130 core i5 8th gen

I had purchased a lenovo ideapad 130 core i5 8th generation on 26/10/2018, and i recieved it on 27/10/18. I used it for 3-4 days after that some os probelm started generating, touchpad also not works properly. So i complaint about that and raised a return/replacement on 4/11/18 as per their replacement policy (Within 10 days replacement policy), while they accepted that complaint and sent a technician on 8/11/18 to check the system. The technician observed the same as well and wrote his report that system is having issues like touchpad not working properly, system not booting into os. Now they are saying that (Flipkart's app status showing) the request raised for replacement has been rejected from their side on (9/11/18). I have all the records and evidence regarding same.
