Dear sir/madam on 13th march 2018 1 purchase 1 android phone worth of rs. 12, 147 through credit card easy monthly instalment (Emi) at time of ordered emi statement shows the sum of amount 12, 147 is blocked and after 3-4 days it converted to emi. On 16th or 17th march one of the flipkart customer care executive explained after the 1st emi the remaining blocked amount released. The first emi also deducted we received that deducted sms also. Still the credit card remaining amount not released. Now 21st march the flipkart customer care executive told different the credit card amount not released it is blocked. Verified Support May 29, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint related to EMI payment clarification. We have interacted with the customer and requested customer to get in touch with respective bank for further detail on same. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
